Breast Lift with Implants Before & After: Post-Pregnancy Results

This 30-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast enhancement to address ptosis and volume loss following two pregnancies and breastfeeding. Her examination revealed significant breast ptosis with tissue attenuation. After comprehensive preoperative sizing, the surgical plan included mastopexy-augmentation with 265cc Allergan highly cohesive silicone implants placed in the submuscular position, specifically selected to minimize edge visibility and palpability in her thin tissue. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume and position with natural-appearing contours.
