Breast Revision Before & After: Post-Pregnancy Enhancement Results

This 30-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast revision surgery to address oversized implants (500cc) and post-pregnancy changes. At 5’2″ and 133 pounds, her examination revealed significant breast ptosis with lateral implant displacement. The surgical plan included a comprehensive approach: implant exchange to 340cc low-profile implants, lateral pocket plication to prevent implant migration, and mastopexy to address tissue laxity. Her 3-month post-operative results demonstrate improved breast proportion with enhanced position and containment of implants.
