Breast Revision Before & After: Implant Exchange Results

This 31-year-old patient presented for breast revision surgery eight years after primary augmentation with 325cc saline implants. Her examination revealed implant rippling following a 10-pound weight loss and thin tissue coverage. The surgical plan included bilateral implant exchange to 560cc moderate-profile smooth round implants to improve tissue coverage and minimize implant visibility. Her 3-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with reduced implant palpability and improved overall breast aesthetics.
