Breast Revision Case #90

This 34 year old had breast augmentation with smooth saline implants 11 years ago when saline was the only option available. She initially had a concave chest and required 400 cc implants. After an additional pregnancy, she felt like her breast had decreased in size and were less perky.

She decided to change to smooth silicone high profile 650 cc implants to achieve her desired goal of more upper pole fullness and more volume. Patient is 5 ft 4 in tall and weighs 120 lbs. Results are 6 months post surgery.
