Breast Revision Before & After: Saline to Silicone Results

This 34-year-old patient presented for breast revision surgery 11 years after primary augmentation with 400cc saline implants, originally placed to address chest wall concavity. Her examination revealed post-pregnancy volume loss and mild ptosis. At 5’4″ and 120 pounds, the surgical plan included bilateral implant exchange to 650cc high-profile smooth silicone implants to enhance upper pole fullness and restore volume. Her 6-month post-operative results demonstrate improved breast projection with enhanced upper pole fullness and refined breast contours.
