Breast Revision Case #112

This 30 year old woman had previous augmentation by another surgeon with implants that were too large for her frame (500 cc). She subsequently had two children causing her breast tissue to stretch and fall off of the implants.

Results shown 3 months after implant exchange with lateral pocket plication and mastopexy to correct the breast ptosis. The lateral breast pockets were tightened to keep the implants from falling too far laterally and a low profile 340 cc implant was used to diminish her size to meet her goals. Patient is 5 ft 2 inches tall and weighs 133 lbs.
