This 20-year-old patient presented for breast revision surgery six months after primary augmentation performed elsewhere, expressing concerns about size and asymmetry. At 5’4″ and 135 pounds, her examination revealed asymmetric implant volumes (300cc left, 275cc right) with underlying natural breast asymmetry. The surgical plan included bilateral implant exchange to 492cc medium-profile smooth round implants, performed under local anesthesia, to address volume concerns while maintaining natural aesthetics. Her 3-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved symmetry and refined contours that complement her frame.
