Breast Augmentation Before & After: Natural Asymmetry Correction

This 25-year-old patient presented with breast asymmetry and volume deficiency, seeking enhancement and improved symmetry. At 5’8″ and 130 pounds, her examination revealed asymmetric breast volume and nipple positioning. The surgical plan included dual-plane submuscular placement of 375cc moderate-profile smooth round implants, selected to address volume asymmetry while respecting the patient’s preference to maintain natural nipple position. Her 6-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved shape symmetry, while preserving the original nipple position as requested.
