Breast Revision Before & After: Post-Pregnancy Enhancement Results

This post-pregnancy patient presented for revision breast surgery following post-lactational changes to her existing augmentation. Her examination revealed significant tissue laxity with implant-tissue dissociation, visible implant rippling due to tissue attenuation, and areolar enlargement. The surgical plan included a comprehensive approach: implant exchange from saline to 485cc high-profile Allergan SoftTouch silicone implants combined with mastopexy and areolar reduction.
