This 33-year-old mother of two came to Dr. Don Griffin to restore the breast volume she had lost after breastfeeding. Her wider breast diameter called for a larger implant suited to her frame, and she hoped to be in the 415 to 450 cc range. During surgery, Dr. Griffin used intraoperative sizers to judge her result in real time.
