Eyelid Surgery Before & After: Quick Recovery Results

This patient presented for upper eyelid rejuvenation to address dermatochalasis. Her examination revealed excess upper eyelid skin amenable to local anesthesia approach. The surgical plan included upper blepharoplasty with strategic skin excision under local anesthesia. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced periorbital aesthetics with improved upper eyelid definition and minimal scarring.
