Eyelid Surgery Before & After: Natural Rejuvenation Results

This patient presented for upper eyelid rejuvenation to address a tired appearance. She specifically did not like her hooded eyes and her age spots. Her examination revealed excess upper eyelid skin with orbicularis muscle hypertrophy and significant sun damaged skin with age spots and fine lines. The surgical plan included upper blepharoplasty with skin excision and muscle strip removal. She also underwent a combination of Halo laser treatment and Broadband Light therapy (BBL) to address her sun damage and age spots. The combination of surgery and laser treatments provided a more refreshed appearance.
