Eyelid Surgery Before & After: Male Rejuvenation Results

This 47-year-old male patient presented for comprehensive periorbital rejuvenation. His examination revealed upper eyelid excess skin with bilateral upper and lower eyelid fat pad herniation without significant lower lid skin excess. The surgical plan included upper blepharoplasty with skin, muscle, and fat excision, combined with transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty for fat pad reduction. The transconjunctival approach to the lower lid allows for excess fat removal and repositioning without the need for external skin removal. His post-operative results demonstrate an enhanced aesthetic with improved eyelid definition and a more refreshed appearance.
