Eyelid Surgery Before & After: Male Rejuvenation Results

This 47-year-old male patient presented for comprehensive periorbital rejuvenation. His examination revealed upper eyelid dermatochalasis with bilateral upper and lower eyelid fat pad herniation, without significant lower lid skin excess. The surgical plan included upper blepharoplasty with skin, muscle, and fat excision, combined with transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty for fat pad reduction. This approach allowed for complete periorbital rejuvenation while avoiding external lower lid incisions. His post-operative results demonstrate enhanced periorbital aesthetics with improved eyelid definition and a more refreshed appearance.
