Eyelid Surgery Before & After: Natural Enhancement Results

This 50-year-old patient presented for upper eyelid rejuvenation to address dermatochalasis and fat pad herniation. Her examination revealed excess upper eyelid skin with orbicularis muscle hypertrophy and periorbital fat prominence. The surgical plan included upper blepharoplasty with strategic skin and muscle strip excision combined with selective fat pad reduction. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced periorbital aesthetics with improved upper eyelid definition and a more youthful appearance.
