Eyelid Surgery Before & After: Natural Rejuvenation Results

This 57-year-old patient presented for upper eyelid rejuvenation to address significant upper eyelid skin excess that made her feel like she looked tired all the time. Her examination revealed substantial upper eyelid hooding with orbicularis muscle hypertrophy and medial fat pad prominence. The surgical plan included upper blepharoplasty with skin excision, thinning of the hypertrophic orbicularis muscle, and selective medial fat pad reduction. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced periorbital aesthetics with improved upper eyelid definition and a more refreshed appearance.
