This 41-year-old patient presented for upper eyelid rejuvenation to address dermatochalasis causing a tired appearance. Her examination revealed excess upper eyelid skin with moderate fat pad herniation. The surgical plan included bilateral upper blepharoplasty with skin excision and selective fat reduction. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced periorbital aesthetics with a more refreshed and alert appearance.
