Eyelid Surgery Before & After: Natural Enhancement Results

This 57-year-old patient presented for upper eyelid rejuvenation to address isolated dermatochalasis without fat pad herniation. Her examination revealed excess upper eyelid skin without significant fat prominence. The surgical plan included bilateral upper blepharoplasty with selective skin excision. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced periorbital aesthetics with improved upper eyelid definition.
