Eyelid Surgery Before & After: Upper and Lower Lid Enhancement Results

This patient presented for upper and lower eyelid rejuvenation she was concerned with excess upper eyelid skin and bulging lower fat pads. Her examination revealed significant lower lid fat prominence with excess skin on her upper lids . The surgical plan included upper and lower blepharoplasty with selective fat pad reduction and skin excision. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced periorbital aesthetics with improved upper and lower eyelid contours and a more refreshed appearance.
