Eyelid Surgery Before & After: Lower Lid Enhancement Results

This patient presented for lower eyelid rejuvenation to address fat pad herniation and skin redundancy causing premature aging. Her examination revealed significant lower lid fat prominence with dermatochalasis, noting familial tendency for these characteristics. The surgical plan included lower blepharoplasty with selective fat pad reduction and skin excision. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced periorbital aesthetics with improved lower eyelid contours and a more refreshed appearance.
