Facelift Before & After: Natural Rejuvenation Results

This 54-year-old patient presented for facial rejuvenation to address age-related changes. Her examination revealed facial and cervical laxity with prominent nasolabial folds, jowling, and platysmal banding without submental adiposity. The surgical plan included face and neck lift with SMAS elevation and platysmal tightening to achieve natural-appearing rejuvenation. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced facial aesthetics with improved jawline definition, refined neck contours, and softened nasolabial folds while maintaining natural facial harmony.
