This is one of my longtime patients who had gastric bypass surgery over a decade ago. With her initial weight loss, she was left with loose sagging skin on the face and neck, loss of cheek volume, downturning of the corners of the mouth, and deep nasolabial grooves. 10 years ago, I did a full face and necklift and blepharoplasty. She recently returned because she developed more loose skin in her neck and jawline over the years, but she still looked significantly better than her initial pictures. She had a second procedure-a lower face and necklift to correct the laxity.
Keep in mind that each patient is unique and your results may vary. Photos in our online gallery are of actual patients of our practice who have provided consent to display their pictures online.
