Facelift Before & After: Natural Lower Face Rejuvenation

This 54-year-old patient presented for lower facial rejuvenation to address cervical laxity and aging changes of the lower face. Her examination revealed significant neck redundancy with compromised jawline definition. The surgical plan included a face and neck lift to address lower facial and cervical aging. Her 3-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced facial aesthetics with improved jawline definition, refined neck contours, softened nasolabial folds, and perioral rejuvenation. The enhanced chin projection was achieved solely through neck lifting without chin augmentation.
