This patient lost over 100 lbs with diet and exercise. Despite being much healthier, she was bothered by the loose skin on her upper back, abdomen, hips, buttocks, and thighs.
She had multiple procedures performed at the same surgery to address these problems, including a trunk lipectomy (also known as a belt abdominoplasty or mid-body lift) to address the laxity of the abdomen, hips, lateral thighs and buttock. She also had a thigh lift and brachioplasty. Results shown are 1 year post procedure.
She had a thigh lift procedure performed at the same time as her trunk lipectomy. The thigh lift addresses the loose skin on the front and inner thighs, while the trunk lipectomy tightens the skin on the outer thigh.
Results are shown one year post procedure.
