Total Body Lift Before & After: 130-Pound Weight Loss Transformation

This post-bariatric surgery patient presented for comprehensive body contouring following a 130-pound weight loss. Her examination revealed significant skin laxity affecting multiple areas: upper back, abdomen, hips, buttocks, lateral chest, and breasts. The surgical plan included a combined approach with trunk lipectomy (belt abdominoplasty), breast lift, upper back lift, and thigh lift to address all areas of tissue redundancy. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced body contours with improved definition throughout the trunk, breasts, and lower body.
