Eyelid Surgery Before & After: Natural Rejuvenation Results

This 57-year-old patient presented for upper eyelid rejuvenation to address tired appearance. Her examination revealed hooded upper eyelids with excess skin with orbicularis muscle hypertrophy and protruding fat pads. The surgical plan included upper blepharoplasty with skin and muscle strip excision, combined with selective periorbital fat reduction. Her post-operative results show enhanced periorbital aesthetics with no hooding and improved upper eyelid definition resulting in brighter more open eyes.
