Breast Augmentation Before & After: Mom’s Post-Pregnancy Enhancement with Lipo

This 29-year-old mother of two presented for breast enhancement seeking to restore her breastfeeding volume of a small D cup, with emphasis on upper pole fullness. The surgical plan included submuscular placement of 450cc Allergan Natrelle SoftTouch high-profile silicone implants, combined with axillary liposuction to refine the lateral chest contour. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved upper pole fullness and a sleeker axillary region, achieving her goal of restoring post-pregnancy shape.
