Breast Augmentation Before & After: Complex Asymmetry Correction

This 25-year-old patient presented for breast enhancement to address volume deficiency, asymmetry, and prominent axillary tissue. Her examination revealed chest wall variance with left-sided anterior protrusion, breast volume asymmetry, and bilateral axillary fullness. The surgical plan included submuscular placement of differentially sized medium-profile implants (255cc right, 240cc left) with intraoperative determination of optimal volumes to compensate for chest wall asymmetry. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved symmetry despite underlying anatomical variance.
