This 25-year-old patient presented for breast enhancement with multiple aesthetic concerns: volume deficiency, Grade II ptosis, and breast asymmetry influenced by underlying scoliosis. Her examination revealed significant tissue laxity with asymmetric chest wall architecture affecting overall breast position and shape. The presence of scoliosis created unique surgical planning considerations to optimize symmetry within the constraints of her anatomical variance. The surgical plan included a combined mastopexy-augmentation approach with submuscular placement of 275cc smooth round silicone implants, carefully selected to balance tissue coverage with desired volume enhancement. Particular attention was paid to pocket dissection techniques to accommodate the underlying chest wall asymmetry. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast symmetry with improved upper pole fullness, optimal nipple-areola positioning, and natural implant mobility, while maintaining appropriate healing with minimal scarring.
