This 24-year-old patient presented with developmental breast asymmetry, characterized by a lower and more lateral right breast position, influenced by underlying scoliosis. At 5’4″ and 110 pounds, her examination revealed equal breast volume with asymmetric positioning on her chest wall. The surgical plan required meticulous attention to pocket dissection, with each breast pocket customized to address the positional differences while maintaining equal volume through bilateral placement of 265cc moderate-profile silicone gel implants. The differential pocket dissection technique allowed for optimal implant positioning despite the anatomical variances. Her 10-month post-operative results demonstrate improved breast symmetry with enhanced overall chest wall harmony, effectively addressing her developmental asymmetry while maintaining a natural breast shape.
