Breast Augmentation Before & After: Petite Frame Enhancement Results

This 24-year-old patient presented for breast enhancement seeking to increase from a 32B cup. At 4’11” and 97 pounds, her petite frame required careful implant selection. The surgical plan included submuscular placement of 300cc moderate-profile smooth silicone implants, selected to achieve proportionate enhancement while maintaining balanced aesthetics for her small frame. Her 4-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with natural-appearing contours that complement her petite stature.
