Breast Lift with Implants Before & After: Asymmetry Correction Results

This 44-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast enhancement to address involutional changes and asymmetry despite no history of breastfeeding. Her examination revealed significant breast ptosis with volume depletion (B cup) and left-sided dominance in both size and ptosis. The surgical plan included mastopexy-augmentation with identical 275cc medium-profile Allergan Natrelle SoftTouch silicone implants bilaterally, coupled with selective left breast tissue reduction to optimize symmetry. This approach avoided the upper pole disproportion that would have resulted from differential implant sizing. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved symmetry and position.
