Breast Reduction Before & After: Symmetry Enhancement Results

This 20-year-old patient presented for breast reduction to address bilateral breast hypertrophy, having reached a 36DDD cup size with notable right-sided asymmetry in both volume and ptosis. Her examination revealed disproportionate breast enlargement with associated physical symptoms affecting her neck and shoulders. The surgical plan included bilateral reduction mammaplasty with mastopexy, incorporating differential tissue removal to address asymmetry, combined with targeted liposuction of the axillary and lateral chest regions. Her post-operative results demonstrate improved breast proportion and symmetry with enhanced overall chest wall aesthetics, along with resolution of symptomatic complaints.
