34 year old female with multiple forehead creases with brow elevation and prominent glabellar bulging (between the eyes).

Results four weeks after injection of Botox Cosmetic into the forehead and glabella area to soften the creases and injection of Botox Cosmetic into the lateral brow area to allow elevation of the brow.
